Effective October 13, 2026 · JP Vantage Holdings LLC
radvantage academy (the "Service") is provided by JP Vantage Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates radvantage.io ("we", "us"). By signing in or playing a case, you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two differ.
An education product from radvantage.io, teaching documentation accuracy for Medicare Advantage and related programs through short modules and practice cases. Today the curriculum covers risk adjustment; radvantage.io adds new curriculum areas over time. It is for learning only.
The Service does not give coding, billing, legal, compliance or clinical advice. The content is radvantage.io's own curriculum, which may differ from other organizations' educational material and from your employer's policies. Official sources, such as the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and CMS publications, control. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
Every patient, chart and note in the Service is synthetic. Do not enter, upload or paste real patient information or any protected health information anywhere in the Service. The Service is not built to receive it, so no business associate agreement covers it. Other radvantage.io services that do involve protected health information are covered by their own agreements, including a business associate agreement where one is required.
An administrator at your organization, or radvantage.io, creates your account. Keep your password private, don't share your account, and tell us if you think someone else used it.
If your account belongs to a group, such as your employer, that group's administrators can see your progress, scores and sign-offs, and can send you reminders. The Privacy Policy explains what is shared.
At the end of a module you may confirm a statement such as "I understand that...". We keep that confirmation, with your name, the date and the module version, as a permanent record that you completed the module. It records that you worked through the lesson. It is not a license, a certification, or proof of professional competence.
Do not copy, resell or republish the curriculum; scrape the Service; share answer keys; get around access limits; upload anything unlawful or harmful; or test the Service for security weaknesses without our written permission.
The curriculum, cases, text, designs and software belong to JP Vantage Holdings LLC or its licensors. While your account is active you have a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them through the Service. Source documents quoted for teaching remain the property of their publishers.
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it is error free or always available, or that using it will lead to any particular score, audit result or payment outcome.
To the fullest extent the law allows, JP Vantage Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, audit findings or payment adjustments, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your access in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if nothing was paid.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We, or your organization, may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or when your access ends. Sign-off records are kept after an account ends, as the Privacy Policy explains.
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will say so in the app. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
