Effective October 13, 2026 · JP Vantage Holdings LLC
radvantage academy is provided by JP Vantage Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company that operates radvantage.io ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.
Account details. Your name, email address, role, learner type, and the group (organization) you belong to. An administrator enters these when creating your account.
Learning activity. The modules you open, your answers, scores and first-try results, your progress and badges, when you were last active, and your sign-off confirmations.
Notifications. If you turn on notifications on a device, we store that device's notification address so we can send them. You can turn them off in Profile at any time.
Invite pages. When you open a link a learner shared, we record that it was opened. If you play the sample case, we record how far you got and your score. If you give an email address or ask to join, we store it along with the name, workplace and role you enter. We also record the kind of device, the app or site you came from, and a rough location (city or region) based on your network. To count each browser once, we keep a random identifier in a cookie. Network addresses are only kept as a salted, one-way code used to count visits and limit repeat requests, never as the address itself. If you tap Book a call, we record that you tapped it. The call is scheduled on Cal.com, a separate service: what you enter there goes to Cal.com and to us, under Cal.com's own privacy policy, and we use it only to hold the call and follow up.
Technical data. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as the network address, time and page requested, to run and secure the Service.
We do not collect real patient information. Every patient in the Service is made up.
To run the Service: sign you in, email you a link to set or reset your password, save your progress, show you your results, keep the sign-off record, send reminders you can turn off, count invite visits, review requests to join, keep the Service secure, and improve the lessons. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
On the Peers screen, colleagues in your group see each other's ranking as "Colleague", without names. If you share your score through an invite link, anyone who opens it sees your first name, your first-try percentage and how many modules you finished. You can turn a link off in Profile.
We use only what the Service needs: sign-in cookies; on invite pages, a visitor identifier and cookies that remember the email you gave and the sample case you picked; and a cookie that marks the radvantage.io team's own browsers so they aren't counted as visitors. Your device also keeps your theme choice and the app's own files so it loads quickly. Your pages are not stored on the device for offline use. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Account and progress data are kept while your account is active. Sign-off confirmations are a permanent training record and are kept after an account ends. Invite and request data are kept for as long as we need them to run the invite program. To close an account, ask your administrator or write to us.
You can turn notifications off in Profile, and clear cookies in your browser settings. To see, correct or delete your information, ask your organization's administrator or write to info@radvantage.io. Where a law gives you more rights, we will honor them.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role and group, and each group's private content is kept apart from every other group's. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us if you notice anything wrong.
The Service is for working professionals. It is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We will post changes here with a new effective date. When a change matters, we will say so in the app.
